To guarantee this, we provide a comprehensive range of Testing services. These include Destructive, Non-Destructive (NDT) and Pressure Tests.  Additionally, we offer  heat treatment, to satisfy the Code requirements or Service Conditions.  Various types of heat treatment including Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT), Normalising etc. using various techniques like Electric Induction, Gas/Diesel fired etc.   Smaller Visual Inspection (VT), Radiographic Testing (RT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT) and Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT), apart from other tests like Hardness Tests, Ferrite Tests, Positive Material Identification (PMI) etc. 

The Quality Control (QC) team consists of well-trained personnel with various certifications including NDT Level 2 and 3.

Hydrostatic pressure tests upto 330 barg is done, as well as pneumatic tests.  

Mechanical and Chemical Destructive Tests are conducted for various purposes like qualifying WPS, re-qualifying materials etc.  These tests are done thru external sub-contracted labs.
