In fabrication, many different parts have to be assembled together to create intermediary and final products.  Our list of equipment that assist welding include Vessel Rotators, Column and Booms, Welding Positioners etc. in tandem with various types of Welding Machines in large quantities.  We have the capability to produce significant volumes of welding every shift, not merely due to the availability of these equipment,  but also thanks to the large pool of certified welders available in-house.

Our team comprises of skilled and seasoned group of welders proficient in a diverse range of welding methods, such as Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW), Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) or Metal Inert Gas (MIG), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) or Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG), Submerged Arc Welding (SAW), and more.

For extensive assemblies with numerous bolted joints, we meticulously perform trial assemblies to ensure precise alignment and prevent any potential issues at the final project site.

To guarantee compliance with requirements, our Quality Control (QC) team diligently maintains a large folio of WPS/PQR (Welding Procedure Specification/Procedure Qualification Record).   The certified Welding Engineers ensure that the welding activities are designed and conducted in line with Codes and Specs.
