At Fabcon, Quality is assured through a documented, multi-tiered system used from design to completion and in the form of Work Instructions and QC procedures for internal inspections. In addition to this, procedures outlining different methods are also available for NDT conducted both internally as well as by 3rd party. Qualified inspectors are available for Dimensional, Welding, Blasting and Painting.

WPS and PQR are established for SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, SAW and GTAW for pipes and plates.

All instruments and machines are calibrated regularly. Some of the available instruments are welding thickness gauge, Magnetic Yoke for MPT, Vernier Calipers, Screw Gauges and more, Surface Profile Meter, DFT Gauge (Ferrous / Non-ferrous, Wet/Dry bulb Thermometer, Clamp Meter, Digital temperature Gauge, Digital Pressure Gauge, Dew Point & RH calculator.

Fabcon Quality system is an integrated approach utilizing a comprehensive quality system manual. The manual is supported and implemented by established operating procedures that functional level control, describe technical product or process requirements. The quality system is registered with TUV – SUD in accordance with IS0 9001 standards. The system is subject to periodic re-verification and audit to maintain excellence.
